Important Notice: Chuna SACCO Holiday Office Hours

Dear Esteemed Members,

As the year comes to a close, we at Chuna SACCO would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and trust throughout 2024. This festive season provides us with an opportunity to reflect on our collective achievements, celebrate with our families, and spend time recharging for the exciting year ahead.

Holiday Office Hours Update:

We wish to inform all our valued members about the office schedule during the upcoming holiday period. Please take note of the following changes to our regular office hours:

• Monday, 23rd December 2024:
  Our offices will be open and available to serve you as usual. We encourage you to visit us during this day for any banking transactions or assistance you may need before the holidays begin.
• Tuesday, 24th December 2024 (Christmas Eve):
  In preparation for the festive season, we will be closing early to allow our team to join their loved ones in celebrating Christmas. Our offices will not be operational on this day
• Holiday Closure:
  From Tuesday, 24th December 2024 our offices will be closed in observance of Christmas and New Year holidays. During this period, our staff will be taking a well-deserved break to spend time with their families, and our office services will be temporarily unavailable.
• Reopening:
  We will reopen and resume normal business operations on Monday, 6th January 2025. During this time, we will be ready to assist you with your financial needs as we embark on another year of growth and success together.

Online Services: While our offices will be closed for in-person services, we want to remind you that you can still access a wide range of services through our Chuna SACCO Member Portal, ussd and Android App. This includes checking account balances, making transfers, loan inquiries, and more—ensuring you have continued access to your financial services, even during the holiday break.

Planning Ahead: We encourage you to plan ahead for any urgent banking transactions you may need before our office closes. If you have any pressing concerns, please feel free to visit our offices on Monday, 23rd December to ensure that all matters are addressed in a timely manner. You can also reach out to us
