Chuna SACCO is excited to announce the initiation of a procurement process aimed at upgrading our core banking system. We are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to migrate our current core banking system from Microsoft NAV 2018 to Microsoft Business Central 365. This upgrade is part of our commitment to enhancing our banking services and ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all our connected systems.

Scope of Work:

The successful bidder will be responsible for:

• Migrating all existing modules from Microsoft NAV 2018 to Microsoft Business Central 365.
• Ensuring seamless functionality of all connected systems, including but not limited to:
  • Mobile Banking
  • ATM Services
  • Integrated Population Registration System (IPRS)
  • Helpdesk Services
  • Online Loan Application System
  • Any other systems currently integrated with our core banking system.

Submission Details:

We invite all interested and qualified bidders to review the detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) document available for download here. Proposals must be prepared in strict accordance with the requirements specified in the RFP.

Submission Deadline:

All proposals must be submitted no later than June 5th, 2024. Submissions should include both a printed proposal and a USB drive containing a soft copy of the proposal.
