Dial *453*30# or log in to CHUNA SACO App open and follow the steps given.

How do I know how much I qualify for?

From the menu, select My loans then select Show Qualified M-CHUNA. The amount you qualify for will be displayed and an SMS confirmation sent to you.

How do I apply for a mobile loan on my MCHUNA Loan?

From USSD or android APP menu, Select My Loans, Select MCHUNA loan, Enter the amount required and submit. Enter MPIN to confirm details. The details of the loan (amount, facility fees, and due date) will be displayed and an SMS confirmation sent to you.

How much will I be charged for a mobile loan?

The M-CHUNA mobile loan is competitively priced and currently costs you 8%* interest recoverable upfront.

How do I repay my mobile loan?

MCHUNA loan is repaid up to 5 months considering the amount requested.

0-15,000 repayment period is 3months

15,000-35,000 repayment period is 4months

35,000-50,000 repayment period is 3months

When do I qualify for my next mobile loan?

You qualify for a new mobile loan once you clear your outstanding loan.

At what point does my mobile loan increase?

You qualify to go the next level once you take your current level loan up to three times.
